Welp got my first Anti like comment on one of my fics

I rarely talk about any fanfic I write cause I’m big on compartmentalization. I don’t associate my dreamwidth with my AO3 or vice versa and this will remain a vague post for those reasons

But this was just sad. Basically a troll accusing me of being a homophobic straight girl* since the fic was tagged Curtis/Shiro and set post Season 8. Saying I was homophobic for supporting Season 8 of VLD** which means they were probably one of those bitter sheith stans on top of it.

But what is especially funny is the fic in question is based on dealing with how little sense season 8 made (and how terrible it was) and is probably the least flattering portrayal of Curtis I’ve ever written.

I suspect it was just a troll going down curtis/shiro tagged fics leaving the review. Ah well deleted

*for anyone curious I’m a queer guy

I'm sorry you gotta deal with this, but thank God AO3 lets us delete any and all reviews these days :D

I'm more disturbed that they apparently have a AO3 account just for hurling abuse. I mean most of their reviews seem to be anonymous but my fics are set to only accept comments from members and comments are moderated so they had to know no one but me would ever see it.

But they still logged into an empty AO3 account to hurl abuse.
